Built to Power Forward.
Where innovation and tech meet the hunt.

Travis Masonis
Raptor Outdoors was born in the steep hills and river bottoms of western New York’s Finger Lakes region, where hard recoveries are part of the hunt.
Founder Travis Masonis grew up hunting places like Letchworth State Park, where dragging a harvested deer out could take hours and test even seasoned hunters. In 2018, driven by those experiences, Travis began experimenting with a portable electric deer cart built to handle terrain most gear could not. Using aluminum ladder frames, ebike motors, and relentless trial and error, the first working prototype successfully hauled a deer in 2019. The cart was refined in real-world conditions alongside Travis’s son Jack, who grew up hunting, testing, and pushing the cart from the time he was 11 years old, often riding, loading, and stress-testing it in ways most instruction manuals would not recommend. Jack’s encouragement and willingness to jump in and help with whatever was needed helped carry the product forward. Today, Travis oversees the functional capabilities, construction, and engineering behind every Raptor Outdoors product, remaining hands-on to ensure each cart performs in real hunting conditions.
